Congratulations to all of our 2017 finishers! The Worcester City 10K was held for a fourth year on 17th September 2017, alongside the inaugural Worcester City Half Marathon. Thousands of you joined Ben Smith and Tanni Grey-Thompson on the start line, we hope you will be back to take in some of the best sights in the City, including the Worcester Cathedral, viaduct and the famous River Severn in 2018!

Worcester Racecourse provides the fantastic backdrop for the start and finish and every competitor will receive their event medal, technical t-shirt and goody bag. Car Parking is available at the racecourse and surrounding area and two Train Stations provide easy access to the Racecourse.

Events will start at 09:45  and will be held alongside the Worcester City Half Marathon.

Worcester City Young Athletes Run

There will be a Junior run held at Worcester Racecourse for all those who wish to bring their kids along to join in the fun on event day, or perhaps they are budding runners themselves! See the Young Athletes Run page for more information and how to enter.

DS Media + Events is the brainchild of Steve Cram, who heads a team who have extensive experience in event organisation, delivery and marketing of major sporting events, as well as broadcasting and the media. Steve, former international athlete, World Record holder and Olympic medallist is also director of Extra Mile, which has acted as consultant to numerous major running events such as the Bristol Half Marathon, Jane Tomlinson’s Run For All and has organised the elite road races at the Middlesbrough 10K.
